Manpower Management : Planning effective manpower deployment & works scheduling of qualified workforce. Guiding site staff to address and resolve performance bottlenecks. Addressing training needs of site staff to enhance skills and productivity. Project Coordination: Networking with Consultants, Architect, Contractors, Planning Section to ascertain technical specifications, construction related essentials, based on the prevalent rules.
