Description :Project Management: Monitoring projects with respect to Cost, Resource Deployment, Quality Compliance & Manpower planning on project sites. Securing on-site project activities & overseeing the performance of contractors ensuring compliance with quality assurance plans Managing all construction activities including providing technical inputs for methodologies of construction & coordination with site management activities. Manpower Management : Planning effective manpower deployment & works scheduling of qualified workforce. Guiding site staff to address and resolve performance bottlenecks. Addressing training needs of site staff to enhance skills and productivity. Project Coordination: Networking with Consultants, Architect, Contractors, Planning Section to ascertain technical specifications, construction related essentials, based on the prevalent rules. Sub Contractor Handling: All other functions pertaining to the responsibilities of Project Manager.
 
Position :Engineer - Civil

Experience :Minimum 5 years total experience of which 2 years should be relevant. Preferable - Practically involved in pile foundation work , liner making and placing.
Description :Preparation & rectification of BBS. Estimation. Preparing project raw material requirement as per planning. Preparation of reconciliation statement. Site - coordination with clients/consultants. Sub vendor coordination & controlling with all respect.

Experience :Total 5 Years of experience of which 2 years in running a lab at a civil project site
Description :Experience in independently handling testing process of concrete , concrete mix & different grades of aggregates , sands , bricks & other civil construction materials. Conversant with national & international standards related to testing.

Description :Handling the recruitment process from end to end- database searching, short listing, making interview calls, conducting HR round of interview and screening candidates for subsequent rounds. Calculation of CTC for appointed candidates and preparing appointment letter. Maintaining MIS records for manpower recruitment turnaround time. Updating and verifying database- Pay Tab, Master Payroll etc. and sourcing MIS data as required from the databases - both soft and hard files. Working with Sr. Executive- HR on transfer, confirmation, release, induction/compensation, benefits, arrangement of Annual Sports and Annual Picnic etc. Assisting HR Manager on all HR Policy, ISO related issues etc for management review reports and all other departmental activities required to strengthen the department for better functioning.
