The VAE group designs and manufactures complete layouts, turnouts and turnout components such as crossings and switch devices for Railway Tracks, including high-speed, heavy haul, urban and commuting railways, in all available rail profiles and required gauges according to international standards or specific customer requirements.

Rahee has a joint venture with TSO for Mobile Flash Butt Welding.

Founded in 1927, TSO is a company specialized in construction, renewal, laying and maintenance of railway tracks for railways and urban networks. Working in France as well as all over the world, TSO has acquired for more than 70 years a large experience and important know how in railway track activity. The company had taken an active part in testing, development and implementation of modern Railway techniques: introduction of concrete sleepers, rail welding, elastic fastenings, continuous welded track, ballast less track and speed lines.

Rahee has a joint venture with Pandrol for marketing of Pandrol fastenings in India.

Pandrol has been established in the business of resilient rail fastenings since 1937. The company gained its present name from the unique Pandrol Brand Rail Clip. Pandrol has manufacturing plants in 12 countries supplying a total of 82 markets. Pandrol engineers are available to work with project engineers to develop the best solution for local conditions, based on experience gained in fastening rails for 60 years on every type of railway, in every type of environment, and carrying every type of traffic from light rail sugar cane railways to heavy haul, including high speed trains at over 300 kph.
